The results showed that the volatile compositions in liquid milk product contained mostly aldehyde, alcohol, isoamyl alcohol, ethyl formate, acetic ether, isobutyl acetate, isoamyl acetate, n-butyl acetate. 结果表明液态奶制品的挥发性成分主要有乙醛、乙醇、异戊醇、甲酸乙酯、乙酸乙酯、乙酸异丁酯、乙酸异戊酯和乙酸正丁酯等。
Using SO~ ( 2-)_4/ Fe_2O_3 instead of concentrated sulfuric acid as catalyst, isoamyl formate was synthesized from methanoic acid and isoamylol. 利用自制的固体超强酸SO42-/Fe2O3代替浓硫酸做催化剂,将甲酸和异戊醇合成了甲酸异戊酯。
